Common Issues
Location is not displayed
Make sure location services are enabled for Truth-Check in your device settings. On iOS: Settings > Truth-Check > Location. On Android: Settings > Apps > Truth-Check > Permissions.
Video recording is not working
Video mode requires microphone access. When you switch to video mode, the app requests this permission. If denied, go to your device settings to enable it manually.
My subscription is not recognized
On iOS, use the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription page of the app. On Android/web, sign out and sign back in to force synchronization with Stripe.
The certificate password is not working
Passwords are case-sensitive. Check for capital letters and special characters. If you have forgotten the password, it unfortunately cannot be recovered (it is stored as a hash). You can change the password from the app if you are signed in.
